               is no set rule about choosing the play or director.
As we are still a fairly young drama group, we have been lucky enough that we haven't had to let any potential directors down.
This may have to change in the future as the group becomes
               more experienced and there may be 9 directors wanting to do the May play.
               Aaahh!
              
             The Director is responsible for what you see on stage.They ensure that cast
               can be seen, move freely about the stage and learn their lines.Simple isn't it?
               Obviously it's not quite like that.
The initial ideas come from the Director and
               with the help of the Production Team it gets transferred onto the stage.

            "Well, what a busy time this member of the Production Team has.
             <br>What Monsieur Directeur wants, Mr Producer has to provide.
             <br>So the Director can get on with sorting the cast out, the Producer does the running around.
             <br>He ensures that the rest of the Production Team is in place.
             <br>The programme is also something the Producer takes on.
             <br>It is a very demanding role, but can be very rewarding.
