So the audience can enjoy the show as much as possible, we have more roles for people to help us out.

Our friendly Front of House Team are the first ELAPs people the public see. So it is important that they are made to feel welcome and relaxed, and look forward to a fantastic evening's entertainment.
Again, members who are not directly involved with a play help out Front of House. Front of House includes, selling and collecting tickets, selling programmes, the raffle and showing people to their seats.
It's easy enough. You have a super smile, so why not offer to help out?

<img src="images/roles/Raffle.jpg" width="165" height="225" align="left">To fund the on-going progress of ELAPs, various fund raising activities are carried out throughout the year.

One of these is a raffle, which is held at each performance.
Every member is expected to support this by donating a prize.
The collection of prizes begins about four weeks before the forthcoming show and a letter is provided giving information of what is needed and when it will be collected.

This is a huge boost to ELAPs funds, as over £500 a year is raised directly from the raffle.

<img src="images/roles/Refreshment.jpg" width="162" height="119" align="right">We are very happy to have an audience for our productions and during the Interval, members of ELAPs who are not involved with the play itself help out with tea and coffee.
            
It is an opportunity to see what the audience thinks of the play so far, and generally chat and see if any one would like to join us.
            
So if you can put the kettle on or open a packet of biscuits, then this could be a job for you!
