1) First thing to do is visit the login page as seen below
If you click on the highlighted link (I forgot my password) you'll be re-directed to 2)
2)Now you're at a page that asks for your username and email address.
If you're reading this in the newsletter email then your username is written near the top (ie, Dear Jazz)
Your email address is the email address that you receive all elaps mail from
3) After pressing submit you'll see the following message
So now it's time to check your mail.
The message could take between 1 second to several hours to turn up so please be patient.
The email should look soemthing like the image below.
4) Click the link to change your password to the password in the email
(Don't worry about the password, you can change it to whatever you like later)
5) Now you password has been changed, you can log in with the password you were given in the email.
If you want to change your password
Click "settings" near the top of every page and then the registration information (the red link in the picture below)
From here just enter your current password one last time before chosing a new one (typing it twice to make sure you don't accidentally spell it wrong)
