A big 'Well Done' to everyone who perofmed for the first time, Eleanor Turnbull and Phil Buckley for showing us their keyboard skills, and Tom Hind for his rendition of 'Freelove Freeway'.
It was great to see Jo Weston, and performing a monologue. Kevin and Paul were very entertaining with their story 'Alice in Furniture Land' and the visual effects.
Sue, as usual, delighted with a couple of humourous songs. Good luck with your recital which is very close now.
Nadia and I managed to squeak out a couple of short tunes on the clarinet.
And what can I say, The ELAPs Band got together giving us a couple of their own tunes, and then a medley of panto tunes. Fantastic!
And finally, to Hayley and Seve for the Name That Tune Competition and General Knowledge Quiz respectively.
Hope I haven't missed anybody!
We were fed by everyone bringing something for the shared table, which was great.
So, all you have to do now is think about (and begin rehearsing!) what you're doing for next year's evening of entertainment.
Thanks again
Sonj
