This month, ELAPS is offering four free tickets to the performance of your choice of our panto, Aladdin, which takes place at East Leake Village Hall on December 7th, 8th and 9th, with a matinee on the 9th as well.

What do you have to do to win the tickets? Well, this year's panto has an oriental theme.
With this in mind, colour in the drawing below, which shows Aladdin releasing the genie of the lamp, and send it to:

with the envelope marked ELAPs, by 15th November.

Entrants should be 12 or under in age. A panel of judges will select what they consider to be the best and most original colouring, and the winner will be notified by phone.

Results should be published in the December issue of East Leake Times depending on the East Leake Times deadline.

We regret that members and families of members of ELAPs may not enter the competition. The judges' decision is final.

Sue's article for the East Leake Times wrote: 

Lisa Sinclair, aged 6, is our winner this year for the ELAPs panto
competition.  Lisa produced a vividly coloured portrayal of the genie
emerging from the lamp and a splendidly coloured Iago the parrot.  She also
has very nice joined-up handwriting, which her Mum assures me that she works
very hard on.

Lisa goes to Lantern Lane School in East Leake where she enjoys playing her
flute, doing maths and, obviously, drawing and colouring.  Well done Lisa!
We all hope that you, your sister Natalie, aged 10, and your Mum will have a
great time at the show.  Your Mum says you love panto, so be sure to sing
out and let us know that you are there.
