Once tickets have been paid for, the customer is sent a confirmation email with a code that they need to print off and bring along on the show night. We'll have tickets waiting there for them and just need their confirmation number for collection at the door.
Google charge a small fee of 3.4% + 20p per transaction (the same as paypal) which is added to the ticket cost on checkout. We're sorry we can't avoid this but it is the most economical method available to us to provide this online sales facility.
